At Wholesale Body Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are faulty or incorrect, you can return them within 14 days of receipt provided they remain in their original, heat-sealed hygienic packaging.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn and still sealed in their original clear packaging, as we cannot accept returns on body jewellery that has been opened due to hygiene regulations.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorisation Number and the correct return address.

  Package Securely

  Place the items safely in a padded envelope along with a note containing your order details to ensure your return is processed quickly upon arrival.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send the package back to us using a tracked service; once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
